Do the caps fit my head?
One size, adjustable. The dad cap closes with a strap and buckle, the snapback with a snap. Both cover roughly 54 to 62 cm of head. Measured circumference, not opinion.
How long until my cap arrives?
Each cap is embroidered after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 7 business days in Europe and 7 to 14 for the rest of the world. Swiss orders cross a border and can take a few days longer. The tracking link arrives by email when the cap ships.
Where are the caps made?
The blanks are Yupoong caps. The embroidery happens at the facility nearest to you. European orders are stitched in the EU, US orders in the US, UK orders in the UK, Canadian orders in Canada, Japanese orders in Japan. Swiss orders ship from the EU.
Will I pay customs?
EU, UK, US, Canada and Japan: no. Your cap is produced locally and never crosses a border. Switzerland: one cap clears customs free, because the import VAT stays under the official CHF 5 waiver. Two caps in one parcel cross that line and can collect 8.1% import VAT plus a carrier fee. If you want two caps, place two separate orders. We did the math, it is cheaper.
Can I return my cap?
If it arrives damaged, misembroidered or wrong, email hi@sincecaps.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We replace or refund. EU, EEA and UK consumers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Swiss law grants no withdrawal right for online purchases, and every cap is made to order. Contact us anyway, we are reasonable.
The founding year of my country is wrong.
That is not a question, and possibly not wrong either. Historians argue about most founding dates. We pick the date with the best paperwork and put the source on every product page. If you hold better evidence, send it to hi@sincecaps.com. The record can be corrected.
Is this political?
It is documented. Every country in the catalog has been great since its founding date, which is the entire statement. No party, no rally, no yelling. Just embroidered evidence.
How do I pay?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT.
How do I wash an embroidered cap?
Spot clean with cold water and mild soap. No washing machine, no dryer, no ironing over the stitching. Treated this way, the embroidery will outlast several governments.
