Terms of service

1. Scope. These terms apply to all orders placed on sincecaps.com. The operator is SYSTEM SCHMID, David Valentin Schmid, Hauptstrasse 10, 8476 Unterstammheim, Switzerland ("SINCE", "we").

2. Products. Our caps are embroidered on demand by our production partner in Europe after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Minor variations in embroidery placement and thread tone are part of made-to-order production.

3. Prices. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout; our base currency is Swiss francs (CHF). Prices include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Contract. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline orders in cases of obvious errors in price or description.

5. Payment. Payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by our payment providers. Your order ships after successful payment.

6. Delivery. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, shipping times are stated in the Shipping Policy. Stated times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Defects and returns. Details and timelines are in our Refund Policy. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability, including for personal injury, remains unaffected.

9. Intellectual property. The SINCE brand, wordmark, stamp and site content are protected. Country names and founding years belong to everyone. That is rather the point.

10. Applicable law. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
