Shipping policy
Production. Every cap is embroidered on demand and routed to the nearest facility. EU orders are embroidered in the EU, US orders in the US, UK orders in the UK, Canadian orders in Canada, Japanese orders in Japan. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment.
Shipping rates and times.
- Switzerland and EFTA (Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland): CHF 5.90, delivery 3 to 7 business days after production.
- European Union and United Kingdom: CHF 5.90, delivery 3 to 7 business days after production. Free shipping from CHF 78.
- Rest of the world: CHF 9.90, delivery 7 to 14 business days after production. Free shipping from CHF 78.
Tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs, the Swiss chapter. Swiss orders ship from the EU. Orders below roughly CHF 62 clear Swiss customs without charges, because the import VAT stays under the official CHF 5 waiver. One cap stays under that line. Larger orders can be charged 8.1% import VAT plus a carrier handling fee at delivery. Two caps cross the line. If you want two caps without fees, place two separate orders. We did the math, it is cheaper.
Customs, everywhere else. The EU, UK, US, Canada and Japan are served from local production, so no import charges apply there. For other destinations, any import duties or taxes are charged by the carrier and are the customer's responsibility.
