Refund policy
Every cap is embroidered after you order it. We hold no stock, which keeps the archive honest and returns a little different from fast fashion.
Defects, misprints, transport damage. If your cap arrives damaged, misembroidered or simply wrong, email hi@sincecaps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it free of charge or refund you. That is the record being corrected.
Change of mind, EU/EEA and UK customers. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. Email us, then return the unworn cap in its original condition at your own cost. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return.
Change of mind, Switzerland and elsewhere. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Contact us anyway. We are reasonable people who sell caps with founding dates on them.
Not returnable. Caps that have been worn, washed or altered, except where a defect is covered above.
How refunds are paid. To the original payment method, within 14 days of the approved return or claim.
